JERSEY KNIT

A great fabric for exposed edges and light weight feel. Jersey knit is perfect for light fabrics such as tee shirts and thin sweatshirts.

 

It can be applied to all fabrics, but it's staple appearance is slightly distressed edges and single bean stitch tack-down.

 

As you can see in the examples shown, it works very well solo, or with screen print underneath.


Jersey knit applique is a great form of applique as it offers a great value per piece and washes soft to the touch on the outside of the shirt and the inside.

FELT

Is this felt? It is now!

 

Felt is a great soft effect to achieve with added dimensional appearance. With soft edges and a a great wash-ability for distressed letters, your project will really stand out.

 

Felt appliqué lends it's success to the clean vector lines and captures a great natural sense of dimension.

 

Vector artwork is best with this type of decoration.

COTTON TWILL

Cotton Twill is know for it's exceptional ability to fray and string after wash. The edges of the fabric, although distressed, are extremely soft.

 

Pairs well with 1-2 color screen print under the lettering.

POLY TWILL (AKA Tackle Twill)

IThe most classic fabrics of them all. Great color selection and sheen to this fabric. A rugged clean and professional appearance in every way.

 

Often sewn down with a zigzag stitch or satin stitch edges for a clean look, this heavy woven fabric has been a staple in the sports licensing industry for over 40 years.

SCREEN PRINTED

Screen printed appliqué is a great way to add dimension to an already successful program. As a multimedia method, it is used for those looking for multiple colors of ink, but the look and feel of a hand placed patch.

 

Boasting endless color combinations, location options and fabric attributes, screen printed appliqué could be the answer for you.

SUBLIMATED

Dye sublimation is the newest technique in our arsenal. It takes the multi-color photo-realistic technology and applies it to a fabric which can be laser cut and sewn to the final fabric.

 

As a result, you're left with a beautiful soft patch that can be applied to hats, shirts, hoodies, and even private labels.

REVERSE

Reverse applique is very similar to regular applique only the contrasting material is sewn under the garment and the garment material is laser etched out.

 

It creates a great distressed edge that really looks nice after wash.

 

Sames shown here are suggested best results. This technique works best on t-shirts but can also work well on hoodies.
